Flood in condo apt. No unit owner insurance policy. Can I get new ...

Hi! In condo apt. was a common pipe leak and my kitchen flooded. Plumber came, tore wall out, fixed leak. Plaster fixed ceiling. Carpenter did cabinetry. Deductible is 10,000 on a Master policy. Manager said ? not enough damage (6-7000). There is no unit owner insurance. Is there a chance to get new kitchen through insurance?
